This is sorta orthogonal.

The question is whether or not adding new books should be moderated.  I'm
inclined to say no because I want this to be a community generated site.
And with good friend/foe filters you can still narrow down what you see.

This sounds like a version 2 feature.  Or sometime post-launch at least.
But its a nice idea.  Maybe a way to say that someone is an expert in an
area.  Would it be a personal thing like the friend/foe stuff or would it
affect everyone?  Or maybe we could have both.

I'm inclined to just trust people on this one.  And if they do something
