I'm going to start writing up a requirements document, unless anyone
stops me :) The intent of this document is to list, in full, all the
issues and problems people think need to be addressed by Perl 6.
Possible solutions may be noted parenthetically, but are not the main
purpose of this document.
I'm going to base it on what I've seen mentioned so far, and hopefully
Ed Horos will also send me a slightly summarised version of his "perl 5
sucks" collection.
