I discussions like this keep authors from producing decent RFC's, I'll
volunteer as an RFC editor to convert _any_ non-proprietary document
type and format into _whatever_ non-proprietary document type and
format we agree upon, except DocBook.

I strongly agree with Tim: we have enough to do already!
