which lists are up?

i have twice tried to email [email protected] and it
gets bounced. is it up yet? the tmtowtdi page shows only bootstrap and
qa. ask said this list would be up sometime today. also what about the
other lists gnat authorized? i assume we will see an announce on
boostrap when they are up. also at some point soon i expect bootstrap to
be shutdown as the other lists get up and running.
