Nope - if you close a bug, your email msg body gets assigned as the
note.

See above and it might be worth RTFM'ing a bit deeper :-)

Rob's written the Admin-FAQ, there's the email help, the web help, etc.
and, of course, 'perldoc Perlbug' should produce some more stuff.
