Description:
A position as Build and Infrastructure Engineer is now open at Unity
Technologies.
In this role you will be tasked with building and expanding both the
company’s internal and external IT structure, maintaining existing systems
and providing a stable infrastructure for our rapid growing company.

Duties will include maintaining and extending a build and backend
infrastructure mainly written in Perl and running on
Linux servers connecting systems across geographies, plan and design the
future IT structure of a rapidly growing company, develop new IT systems to
help both our development department and the sales team and provide
internal support.

Required skills:
• Extensive experience with Perl, shell scripting, Linux and relational
databases.
• Prior experience with interfacing with continuos integration build
systems, such as Team City or Cruise Control.
• Experience with developing web applications as well as solid experience
in developing database applications.
• Good planning skills and the ability to keep the goal in sight, even when
things get hectic.
• Ability to work in an environment where flexibility and solution focus in
highly regarded.

Desired skills:
• Integration of heterogenous infrastructures.
• Experience in using and setting up different version control systems.
