Hello Bodo,


First step I would recommend is to try to reach out for the test author 
and try to reproduce the testing in the same environment.


That being said, it can be harder or even impossible: the smoker might 
be broken for any reason and there is nothing your module can do about it.


If you can't reproduce the error by using the same OS and Perl 
environment and don't see it happening frequently with other smokers, I 
wouldn't worry that much.
