Incomplete distribution information in metabase/log.txt

It seems that metabase's log.txt file has incomplete distribution=20
information: where something like "[$AUTHOR/$DIST.tar.gz]" should appear=
=20
now often (about 10-20% of all log lines) there's just "[/]", that is an=
=20
empty author and distribution. This means that matrix implementations=20
which parse log.txt (fast-matrix.cpantesters.org and AFAIK=20
matrix.perl-magpie.org) are now incomplete and may show no results for=20
some distribution versions.

This does not affect the matrix variant which is linked from MetaCPAN=20
(fast-matrix2.cpantesters.org) and the old (and instable) variant=20
(matrix.cpantesters.org).

I suspect it could be connected to the recent outage of the primary CPAN=
=20
server, but really don't know. @Doug and others with access to the=20
cpantesters servers: do you have an idea?
