It does appear that the search on cpantesters.org is broken. But
otherwise the site appears to be up and functional.

Most importantly the log.txt
<https://metabase.cpantesters.org/tail/log.txt> is current.

When I check Magpie <https://matrix.perl-magpie.org/log.php> I am seeing
current tests. Is there something specific you're looking for?
