Yesterday clicking any link did nothing or led to some error like the 
proxy timeout thing.  But today some links work.

...but I see now that those pages are now set up for internal 
cpantesters debugging and are not intended to be directly useful to 
module authors.   There are 11K+ lines of debug tracing in test-result 
files before showing actual test results.  I don't remember seeing that 
before.

There is a problem with the "Releases" table containing the green and 
red links.  Those links are back to the same top-level page, i.e. they 
go nowhere (else).  For example in the above-linked page the 1000.026 
line shows a red box with "9" in it which is a link to
https://cpantesters.org/dist/Spreadsheet-Edit/1000.026.html, i.e. the 
same page.
