Fwd: FC: Majority of Americans want anti-encryption laws, poll says

*sigh*

I don't think it would be imprudent at this time to make a list of all the
crypto projects on CPAN and in development noting where possible if the
project is based in the US or not...the projects in the US should be
encouraged to be prepared to have a home outside the US when and if the
need arises. 

When shopping at the mall is raised to a patriotic act you can be sure so
too will be wiretapping and outlawing strong crypto.

Wasn't there somone on this list working on such a list of crypto modules
on CPAN?
