[ANNOUNCE] Crypt::OpenSSL::DSA

Crypt::OpenSSL::DSA implements the DSA (Digital Signature Algorithm)
signature verification system. 

It is a thin XS wrapper to the DSA functions contained in the OpenSSL
crypto library, located at http://www.openssl.org.
