Problem with Potential Employer's Email Address

Hi everyone,
I have been  having a problem with sending resumes to a Potential 
Employer.
The Employer in question is Firstrade.com


By the way, I have always looked at Header Information of a Job Posting 
Page in case
that page isn't updated regularly.

Their Career Page I am referring to is at:

 From Header Information:
Last Modified  Dec 31 2003

anyway, I have emailed my resume ( w & without attachments ) to that 
email address ( [email protected] )
I have also faxed my resume to them.  I experienced the same problem 
sending successfully my resume to [email protected]

I can understand not being qualified for the position ( Junior 
Programmer ) but that doesn't seem to be the case as I ALWAYS receive a 
Bounced Message:
