Well there you go: <[email protected]> is not a valid email address.

Either they changed the address you found or there's a typo somewhere.

Hopefully the fax got through instead; otherwise, all you can do is try
to find a different address for them (or maybe tell <webmaster@$site>
that the address on $site isn't working, where $site is whatever site
you found the address on (firstrade.com or whatever third party)).
