When I'm the interviewee, I do make a point of asking "why do you like
working here/why is this a great place to work?"  Usually the answers are
pretty generic, but on one memorable occasion the guy flat-out said it was a
bad place to work, he was leaving soon, and he wouldn't recommend taking the
job.
