I should have scrolled up before replying.
 
Every time I went through the job hunting, interviewing and being hired
process, I gained a lot of compassion for applicants and humility about
my own studliness.

	That's right!  They ARE mostly BS!  That's why writing one that
	specifically speaks to the position and the hiring manager is a
HUGE 
	leg up on the competition.
	
	It can take 15 minutes to write a well-thought out cover letter,
	which will more than pay for itself.
