Location: United States, TN, Memphis Pay rate: 45-50/hr 1099 US$ or DOE Travel: 0-25% Terms of employment: Independent contractor (hourly) Length of employment: 6mth + Hours: Full time Onsite: yes Description: Project Description: Additional functionality to be added to an existing mission critical application. The application uses Object Oriented PERL and Apache running on a Linux server. Will be responsible for: Gathering Requirements; Creating the Detailed Design; and Coding, Testing, and Implementing the Solution. We have potential for 3 contractors here, no 3rd party vendors please, only direct consultants. Required skills: Requirements: *UNIX operating system. *PERL programming language - Object Oriented *UNIX shell scripting (minimum of Bourne or Korn shell). *Apache Desired skills: Solid Perl OO programming experience, not just scripting.
