Description:
·	Develop technical solutions to meet the business requirements and
in line with the Project Lifecycle
·	Work with the Business Analysts and Project Managers to analyse,
define, design and implement solutions in line with the applications that
will meet needs
·	Support Business Critical solutions to meet the Business SLA’s.
·	Testing and Debugging Code
·	Maintain the business applications to meet business needs.
·	Define, enhance and maintain standards and documentation.
·	Agree the priorities for development/implementation activity with
the designated I.T. project leaders.
·	Evaluate and test potential technical solutions for the business.


Required skills:
Technical ·	Web application development using Perl and Java/J2EE·  
Demonstrable experience developing robust, performance-critical
applications·	HTML, JavaScript, CSS·	Experience with relational
databases i.e. Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server 2000 *      Interpersonal ·
Integrity·	Flexibility·	Teamwork ·	Sensitivity·	Cross
Cultural Awareness·	  Excellent communicator to all levels of the
business*   Analytical·     Written Communication·  System / Application

search technologies
