Description:
AHN is seeking 1-2 talented and driven developers to continue the
development and extend the capabilities of the AHN content and syndication
applications 

The ideal candidate will have a strong LAMP background with previous CMS
experience.

This is a contract with long term potential for the right person.

Required skills:
Minimum 3-5 years experience, expert level Perl/CGI software development
skills 
- Verifiable paid experience as object oriented Perl developer. 
- Experience using and operating in complex distributed Linux server
environment. 
- Experience in Perl DBI, XML, XSLT, and other Perl modules.
- Apache/mod_perl, C and C++, HTML, JavaScript a big plus. 
- Quick learner, self starter, self motivated. 
- Ability to function in demanding, entreprenurial fast-paced, dynamic,
environment 
- Effective communication skills (written and oral),strong interpersonal
skills
- Strong XML and JavaScript experience 

Desired skills:
- Experience with CMS systems 
- News/Media/Journalism knowledge helpful
