JOB SUMMARY: 
Develop software to implement a management system, which has a friendly 
user interface, networking and other comprehensive system monitor and
control functionality. 

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
·	Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software 
·	Design, implement and improve web interface and framework 
·	Complete documentation and procedures for design, test and
maintenance 
·	Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data
requires an in-depth 
 evaluation of variable factors 
·	Work closely with members of the development team and other NTT
department 
members to have better product and to meet critical targets 
·	Any additional duties as assigned by manager 


Required skills:
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
·	 Bachelor’s Degree in EE/CS/CE or equivalent 
·	 3+ years of experience with commercial software design and
development 
·	 Expertise in Perl programming
·	 Unix system experience 
·	 Must be a self-starter, have good interpersonal skills, a positive
attitude and effective	 communication skills, verbal and written


Desired skills:
PREFERRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:	
·	 TCP/IP 
·	 RDBMS 
·	 Strong background in web architecture and framework
·	 SNMP and other network management protocols
·	 Source and bug control system 
·	 Knowledge of SAP, Oracle or BEA product 
·	 Knowledge of HP Openview or IBM Netcool and/or other network
monitoring tools
