Good experience is needed with Perl, Ruby on Rails, PHP, Apache etc. You will be developing educational software designed aimed at improving the communication and literacy of special needs individuals. This is a small company so progression won't be obviously available and this client are looking for a developer looking leave a mark on the world rather than make a quick buck! Our clients would look at anyone from a fresh graduate up who has experience in Perl and/or Ruby on Rails (RoR). There are a team of 5 developers in place and you will be joining a talented and driven development team with more work on than they can cope with. Full cross-training will be delivered on RoR if you don't have current skills in this area.
