He/she provides technical leadership on projects and dependably executes on the underlying technology that affects single projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: This candidate would help in every stage of the project life cycle gather requirements, design, develop, test and support the application, which includes being on-call support one week every few weeks on rotation basis. Required skills: Training required / preferred: Strong Advanced Perl programming expertise Unix Skills and shell scripting experience (required) SQL skills and database experience (required) Encryption and electronic security experience Source code control (required) Mastery of at least one to two development languages / environments Desired skills: Experience: 5-8 years experience Ability to document sub-systems and project designs History of progressively complex project management experience Supported and led projects with multiple customers Created projects at a module level. Demonstrated effectiveness by successfully leading 1-2 large scale complex projects Supported projects through all phases: vision development; selling; design; develop; deploy; and has supported the product when operational.
