JPL under Win32

Hi,

I'm trying to compile the JPL package under NT4 to run Java scripts from
Perl, but there's only documentation for VisualC++, whereas I'm using
BorlandC++, which needs a different makefile. Are there any precompiled
Win32 versions available?
