Re: JPL under Win32

I'm not aware of any precompiled Win32 versions, although I will think
about the feasibility of this the next time I spend some time with the
code. It's going to be a while before I have a chance to do that, so
perhaps there might be someone out there who is using JPL under Win32 and
wouldn't mind posting the compiled version.
