RE: JPL under Win32

I have used the Just-JNI (call into Java from Perl only) part of the package
on NT with MS VC. I didn't compile the whole jpl package on win32. Please let
me know if you need the compiled version of JNI only.

I'm not aware of any precompiled Win32 versions, although I will think
about the feasibility of this the next time I spend some time with the
code. It's going to be a while before I have a chance to do that, so
perhaps there might be someone out there who is using JPL under Win32 and
wouldn't mind posting the compiled version.
