Price for NPW tickets

As mentioned ealier we have launched the registretion. Unfortunately we 
had a minor misunderstanding about the prices (including/excluding 
taxes). But this has been cleared now and we are working with the 
following setup.

- Early bird registration from now and to the 22nd. of february: 400 
DKK including tax.
- Normal registration from the 23rd. of february to the 15th. of march 
where the registration closes: 500 DKK including taxes.

That gives us a two week early bird window :)

This has been agreed with DKUUG.
