Hello All,

Some updates...

The deadline for the papers have been reached and we have received 
around 17 papers from the following speakers:

	• 	 Arthur Bergman (ABERGMAN) from United Kingdom/Sweden
	• 	 Christian Borup (BORUP) from Denmark
	• 	 Claes Jacobsson (CLAESJAC) from Sweden
	• 	 Dennis Haney (CINE) from Denmark
	• 	 Dmitry Karasik (KARASIK) from Denmark
	• 	 Lars Thegler (LTHEGLER) from Denmark
	• 	 Leon Brochard (LBROCHARD) from United Kingdom
	• 	 Nadim ibn Hamouda El Khemir (NKH) from Sweden
	• 	 Nicholas Clark (NWCLARK) from United Kingdom
	• 	 Thomas Ammitzböll-Bach from Denmark

- I am currently working on filling a few gaps in the programme draft, 
but it is nothing serious. I anybody here have an additional paper 
please let me know ASAP. So I have the following speakers in reserve 
for now:

	• 	 Jonas B. Nielsen (JONASBN) from Denmark (myself)
	• 	 Lars G. T. Jørgensen (LARSGT) from Denmark

- We are planning to make a webcam session with the YAPC:.Taipei which 
is the same weekend. This idea was conceived by clkao and the idea is 
to have this session during the lightning talk session, we need 
somebody to manage the techical part (see below).

- We have gotten a sponsor more, Novo Nordisk, so the finances look 
better.

- Andreas Plesner have been appointed manager for the multimedia part 
and will be in charge of coordinating the video filming during the 
workshop.

- I have "hired" 3 helpers which will take care of the practical stuff 
such as registration etc. so we can worry about the everything else - 
they will cost us nothing but food and drink.

- We need a manager for the WLAN at the NPW and possibly a manager for 
the webcam session, I will approach some people I know can take care of 
these things during this week.

That was just a brief update, more information will follow soon.
