NPW 2004 news

Hello,

Stockholm.pm informed me yesterday that they are not suited for taking 
on the task of hosting the NPW in 2004 in Stockholm - they are of 
course sorry, but they are quite reallistic about it, so it is better 
to face the facts now.

But that is not stopping the second Nordic Workshop :)

We will now try to repeat the event in Copenhagen, more news on this 
later. First the message will have to be given to the Copenhagen.pm who 
will be hosting the event (together with Stockholm.pm) and hopefully 
DKUUG.
