Perl error with DEV MAILER

Hi Sir

I want my program to send information via email i am using Perl here is my 
code:

as soon as i hit the send button it gives me this error:

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of 
HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

Please if you can help me or post this so it could help others.
