Suggestion for new question

Lately, there seems to be a rash of "How do I parse this HTML with a regex?" questions on various perl lists. Although Perlfaq6 and Perlfaq9 both hint at the answer, they are not as explicit as they should be. So I think we should add the question, with an answer that steers people to one of the various HTML parsing modules available. A somewhat related comment is that HTML::Parser is recommended in the FAQ in a few places, but that should no longer be the advice we're giving newbies. There are newer parsing modules that are both easier to use and use more modern techniques.
