You, dear Sir, offend me by never having heard about my modules :-) 
I'm of course rather biased but I'd say both since I've got
users' email for both, especially plentifully for String::Approx.

This is I18N stuff, that' why I originally proposed it.
Basically, you can define your own custom sort order just by
using easy text-format tables.  So yes, I want it in.
