Nothing on CPAN that I'm aware of does this presently. CPANPLUS may but
I've not looked recently and I don't think it's on CPAN :)

"Grab" is one of those interchangeable words in the English language that,
once appropriated by the computing industry, has taken on a life of it's
own rendering it often vague and meaningless. "Grab" in a CPAN context
would be more like 'fetch' since it would have more of a retrieval
function which doesn't indicate the ultimate function of the module.

Since the module involves the CPAN concept of Bundle you should capitalise
on that and incorporate it in the name...maybe CPAN::SuperBundle or
CPAN::BundleBuilder or CPAN::BundleGrabber or .... Bundle should be in the
name :)

The SDK* would likely be something of a misnomer as it's not really a
'development kit' hmm..what about a CBK , A CPAN Bundle Kit?
CPAN::CBKMaker?

I use the Bundle tool quite often and this is a practical use of it. :)
