Sounds good!

Another name I've suggested was CPAN::DistroMaker. mnemonic: linux 
distros bundle a bunch of apps with some glueing code to make a distro.

So currently I'm thinking to choose from: 
CPAN::{Distro|Bundle}{Builder|Maker}
