turtle-style graphics API

At the Perl training BOF last week, someone was asking about a
graphics API that could be used for teaching. I knew there was one,
but I couldn't remember the name. 

The package that I was thinking of was Graphics::Simple
<URL:http://search.cpan.org/search?dist=Graphics-Simple> and although
the module still seems to have some rough edges, it might useful.
