Forgot to mention that I also give out a handout of all the slides, a 
'cheat sheet' aka quick reference tutorial handout, and have a few more in 
the works.

I used to be of the opinion that handouts were bad, unless given out after 
the class.  People distracted from listening by the notes, asking questions 
about things that haven't come up yet, etc.  Changed my mind on that after 
enough practical experience.
