Thanks for the reminder.  I knew of it's existence but had forgotten  
about this feature.  We have a ways to go to make the data as useful  
as it could be:

% perl Porting/Maintainers --module '.*' | grep unknown | wc -l
       97
% perl Porting/Maintainers --module '.*' | grep cpan | wc -l
       19
% perl Porting/Maintainers --module '.*' | grep blead | wc -l
       14
