Perl on Windows Nano Server

Has anyone looked at getting perl to work on Windows Nano Server?  It is a =
stripped down version of windows with only 64-bit binaries.  I have already=
 tried the 64-bit versions of strawberry and active state, but neither work=
 in their current state.
