My neighbor is awful

She is having contract work done

Even all their tools and supplies are in my driveway. 
Which honestly I don’t mind but SHE COULD HAVE TOLD ME.

Where they’re standing is exactly where she keeps flooding my garden (where
the planter pots are on the ground)
her white sump pipes in the left bottom corner, on the ground on opposite
side of the fence? Discharges water to my side all day and night.
