And parasites who defend police wonder why they're so hated. Saddest part is they will justify anything. Sadder still, many of them will never know the injustice that lower class people have to endure from the police because they live in privileged bubbles. All of this happened not to a man who was abusive, or a sexual predator or a criminal of any kind; but to any other guy who was simply complained about by a neighbor due to noise. I've had noise complaints from my neighbors because of my dogs. And in response, the police defy his constitutional rights, invade his home, and have their dog bite his face into oblivion and then bite him some more after he's handcuffed. Anytime I see police getting attacked or murdered I remind myself of the myriad of horrors I've seen too many of their kind inflict upon the common people and I think of one simple word: Justice.

Looks like the guys already had a pair of handcuffs on when he raised his hands, so not sure what that was all about. Maybe he resisted earlier and they had to bring in the dog? At any rate once a dog is brought in you had better comply because you don't get too many chances and the K9 doesn't always bite the extremities as we saw here.

Personally i feel that the force used just borders on excessive. The dog biting the guy while he was handcuffed was ok, as it was biting his ass, which is thick muscle and hence tougher. The dog should not have gone for his face though, unlike the rest of the guy (Limbs butt etc) the face is very easily destroyed

We train dogs to hit armpits and groins, where there are more nerve endings. The face is something that we teach a dog to bite, but not a primary target. This dog went for the face because it was all the was presented and was on the dogs immediately path of travel.

3:02 I watched it over and over. I can't a single thing the man did that caused that dog to attack his face. IMHO, I think this dog either received really bad training, OR he's just not cut out to be a police dog.
I would be VERY surprised if this man didn't receive a large settlement from this police department.

This man settled out of court for just 125,000 dollars on a Federal Civil Rights Lawsuit he'd filed claiming excessive use of force by Law Enforcement. He should have taken his case to court, he would have gotten a lot more through a jury award.

Okay i have the teaaa He got 125,000$ plus payment of his medical pills in compensation. The court also stated that this isn’t about the quality of the police department and the policemen weren’t punished. Then a few years later he went back to court for threatening to bite a police officer 😂

The handler and the dog needs more training.... specifically correct bite position and the handler needs to have complete control of the dogs energy and direction. But that's my opinion 😂 😥 I feel like the dog was too excited to work instead of being ready to perceive danger and help.
