Yes, I received that pop-up also. I do have a Vanguard brokerage account 
that I opened a few months ago.

Hopefully they'll be able to get it fixed soon. I was beginning to 
wonder if they had just decided to stop offering a Direct Connect 
connection, but based on what you're saying, thankfully that's not the case.

I have very few transactions, so I've just been entering them manually 
for now.
