Not a Windows user...

I don't have any packages installed under "wekafiles/native/packages"
only in "wekafiles/packages". Are you using any packages that require
CUDA? Maybe your Windows update the CUDA drivers and the packages are
no longer compatible?

Did you install some "unofficial" packages?

What are the directories in "wekafiles/native/packages"?
