ignore a complete site (or more)

Hi,

I have added the commands direct in httpd.conf (as stated below). I do however host some sites that run forums and mod_layout mess up those sites (show the content of my footer/header and some error chars), how do I disable modlayout to work on those sites (not pages, but sites)?

Also, I have been reason that this problem is caused by "gzhandler". Is there a way I can disable this (global)? If so, what will the downside be?
