Ok. Is using docker and amanda on the same host unique enough to make me
the only user having this problem? Maybe there is some other condition,
that causes this issue.

Yes. As I'm able do read and write code myself, my intention was just
to get some feedback before starting to dig into the code.

Until now I thought, that the Amanda hackers are independent on Zmanda.
