No.  Because I've been using amgtar for a decade plus. The chance of that 
being good for everyone is pretty slim.  Just referring the user to that 
file should be sufficient to sort it if the user has perms to edit that 
file. He/she should know what they are using, and if not the file 
contains instructions that will find the proper answer.
