Can Audicity tune based on A = 432 Hz?

I have used Audacity to do musical conversion for a few years.

Can Audicity tune based on A = 432 Hz?

Can Audicity be 'set' to base a conversion to 'tune' from A = 440Hz to A = 432Hz?
