sound activated recording cutoff delay

First time poster. Let me know if I'm doing anything wrong. I've searched
the archives.

Is there any way to set a longer time before the recording pause after the
level drops below threshold. Trying to record intermittent live piano
improv where there may be quiet rests for maybe 5 or 10 seconds before
playing resumes.
