Hello everybody,
these posts in the last weeks made me remember that the most requested
(new) feature is probably multi encoder support...
I always planned to include full support for multi encoder (including
mixed Codec and Commandline Encoder support).
I realized that supporting only command line encoders as a secondary
encoder (when using a command line encoder as first encoder), it would
make the addition much easier.
That is what I implemented in the last weeks and need some users to test
the new feature.
If you are interested, please download the following archive and extract
the files over an EAC 1.3 instance.

You need to use the advanced options (there is a setting for that) and
only german/english is supported right now.
Then you will see a new tab in EAC options to set the filenaming scheme
for the secondary encoder (so you could e.g. encode MP3s into a
MP3\<albumtitle>\xxx.mp3 folder and the Flacs into a
Flac\<albumtitle>\xxx.flac folder). In the compression options there is
a secondary command line encoder tab, which is only useable, if the
first command line encoder is activated (so that you can only use two
command line encoders).
Be aware that this is only a test version, better not use it for any
real use right now!
