Certainly creating a new group there and inviting anyone whose mail isn't
bouncing to join it is one possibility that doesn't involve you in any
ethical or legal dilemmas.

There is the possibility that some mails sent here would not be duplicated
there, and so during any transition period something might get lost --
unless you could subscribe the new list to receive emails sent here?

*sigh* The possibility for email loops is not pleasant, which is why I
don't suggest subscribing both lists to each other...
