The information which is stored in the foldernames will be lost after having downloaded the sample. The other fact is, that the samples will be hosted by several servers and serveral individuals and it would be a quite difficult task, to convice everybody of creating folders for every artist/album on the server. And just to be complete: you can always create folders based on the metad= ata information in the FLAC files by using foobar2000's masstagger or some ot= her decent taggers out there.
