Correction.  I didn't realize the Audio Monitor only monitored 
active transmissions.

While transmitting to the Local Loopback, the Audio Monitor 
**DOES** show input.  So SF *is* getting audio.  But the Local 
Loopback doesn't echo anything.  Now I'm *really* confused...

To be more precise, the "Spectum" window in the Audio Monitor 
shows audio being received.  The "Envelope" window DOES NOT.
